SessionLab is the leading platform for workshop facilitation and process design. We are working to empower people to design and run better workshops, with more than hundreds of thousands of professionals visiting SessionLab and using our facilitation resources every month.
We are looking for a content writer with facilitation experience to help us create engaging and truly useful content for our audience of facilitators and anyone designing and leading workshops.
We’re building the best online hub for facilitators and you will play an integral part in helping us achieve this goal.
Content is one of the core methods of reaching and engaging our audience. We care about creating high-quality content that is genuinely helpful to facilitators and helps them lead better workshops and meetings. We currently do this through blog posts, our library of workshop activities and templates, our newsletter, and our community space.
You’ll be creating new short and long-form content, reviewing and improving existing pieces, and finding new workshop methods and templates to add to our public facilitation library.
Have a great idea for a new workshop template or for a series of facilitation topics you’re passionate about? We support it! We want you to bring your experience as a facilitator and passion for facilitation to everything you do at SessionLab.
We are a bootstrapped and profitable software business, headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia, and working across Europe with a fully remote 8-person team (team members currently in Sweden, Hungary, UK, Russia, Spain, Croatia, Austria, and Portugal). Therefore, we are looking for somebody who is self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
You’ll be our second marketing hire, working closely with our Head of Marketing and CEO, and we’re incredibly excited to meet you!
We’re on a mission to be the best place for facilitators to learn and grow their practice alongside designing workshops and meetings.
We have a popular collection of facilitation content in our workshop library and blog, but we need help to keep growing and to create exciting new resources for our audience of facilitation professionals.
This is where you come into the picture: we need somebody who can work on creating new content and maintaining and updating resources while bringing their passion and knowledge of facilitation to the table.
This role has the scope to be full-time or part-time and we can be flexible for the right candidate. We would expect the ideal candidate to be able to commit to 20-40 hours per week though are open to arrangements that work for both of us. If you’re an active freelance facilitator, we want you to be able to continue facilitating while helping create content at SessionLab!
The compensation range for this role is between €40,000 to €65,000 annually on B2B contract or matching gross salary as an employee (official employment status only available in certain countries). The actual compensation offered to a successful candidate will be based on relative experience and skills.
For a part-time role you will be compensated at a proportional rate.
The compensation includes paid holiday days according to your country of residence plus your local holidays as paid time off, and additional remote working stipend or home office setup support.
